| All items are offered on 7 days approval (21 days for overseas customers) against cash with order and subject only to remaining unsold. It is always helpful if alternative choices can be given to avoid disappointment, although we will always do our utmost to find the 'first choice' items. All orders are normally despatched with the first available postal collection after they are received but certainly within 14 days. All goods remain our property until the cheque is cleared. In the event of our inability to supply a response will be given either by e-mail or ordinary mail within in that time. REFUND is guaranteed provided the stamps are returned within the above time limits but the cost of any return will be born by the purchaser.Orders of £100.00 or more can be paid for over three months by submitting, with the order, three cheques each for one third the total and dated one month each apart; the first cheque being current. The stamps will be despatched upon receipt of the cheques and the order but will remain our property until the final cheque is cleared. With orders that are received by E Mail or FAX (unless paying by credit card) we reserve the right to delay despatch until receipt of payment. Such orders should specify 'remittance to follow'. | ||

Sterling by way of cheques drawn on banks in the UK, cash, postal orders,
MASTERCARD, VISA credit cards,
SWITCH or DELTA debit cards. Simply E Mail (please use the secure e-mail order form), write or telephone/fax ( 01584 891303, 8.30AM - 9pm UK time), your order quoting card number and EXPIRY DATE. Payment may also be made in any convertible currency by way of cheques or cash (if sending cash please do not include any coins) by converting the total of the order at the exchange rate ruling on the day the order is placed, having previously added £7.00 to cover bank exchange charges levied on us. |

all orders under £50.00 please add 50p to help with Postage and Packing
(inland, B.F.P.O. and offshore island customers only). If ‘ Special Delivery
(formerly Registered) post is required please add £5.00. Overseas
customers must add £1.00 to the order regardless of its total value.
Please note that the Republic of Ireland is for this purpose 'overseas'.
Stamped Addressed Envelopes are welcomed in lieu of these charges but if Special Delivery Post is required please see that they carry sufficient postage (currently £4.10) and specify 'Special Delivery'. |

stamps and covers are of Great Britain issue unless otherwise stated and
again unless otherwise stated all catalogue numbers and values are quoted
from Stanley Gibbons Concise Great Britain Catalogue, 2006 edition, with
their kind permission. Reference may also be made to their specialised
catalogues but this is always shown as 'S.G. Spec'.
Please be aware that catalogue numbers and descriptions for any stamp are not to be taken as statements of fact. Such are given as our honest opinion only. If a third party opinion including certification is required then any expenses incurred will be born by the purchaser. If an extension to the 'approval' period is required to obtain a certificate or a third party opinion then a request for this must be made at the time of purchase by including it in the comments section of the order form or in writing by conventional mail. For certification the only bodies we recognise are the Royal Philatelic Society Ltd or the BPA Ltd. |

note that I am always interested in acquiring anything unwanted in stamps
or postal history. Obviously my requirements do vary according to my stocks
so it is sensible to telephone me first or use the e-mail enquiries form.
Take a look amongst those unwanted duplicates and give me a ring. I am
happy to acquire entire collections should anyone be ceasing the hobby!
